Dr. Azamian is a healthcare entrepreneur developing novel treatments that target underlying causes and have a substantial impact in human diseases. He is CEO of Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Co-Chairman of Vibrato Medical, and Medical Advisor of Metavention. He previously served as President, CEO, and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Metavention. Dr. Azamian began his career in biotechnology as an investor and entrepreneur with Versant Ventures and Third Rock Ventures, and previously practiced internal medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He obtained an MD from Harvard Medical School, a PhD in Chemistry from Oxford University, and a BA in Physics from Rice University.
