Shawn O’Neil is an ophthalmic industry veteran who currently leads the commercial strategy for ViaLase, Inc. Shawn has spent more than 28 years in both ophthalmology and optometry commercializing products in both large cap strategic organizations as well as start-up organizations.

During his tenure, he was responsible for developing commercial teams and strategies to launch novel and disruptive technologies addressing large unmet needs in markets like Ocular Surface Disease, Cataracts and Glaucoma.
